Terms of Service

By accessing or using Dreamweaver ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To use Dreamweaver, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Dreamweaver. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this age requirement.

Dreamweaver offers subscription plans with different features:

• Free: Access to read past dreams with limited features
• Dreamer: 1 dream recording per day with AI analysis
• Oracle: 3 dream recordings per day plus Oracle Chat

Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Refunds are handled according to the policies of Apple or Google, depending on your platform. We do not process refunds directly.

You retain ownership of all dreams, recordings, and content you create in Dreamweaver ("Your Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process Your Content through AI services for transcription and analysis
• Store Your Content securely on our servers
• Display Your Content back to you within the App

We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it for purposes other than providing the App's features without your explicit consent.

You agree not to use Dreamweaver to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated systems to access the App without permission
• Share content through Soul Threads that harasses or harms others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Dreamweaver uses artificial intelligence to provide dream interpretations, imagery, and insights. You acknowledge that:

• AI interpretations are for entertainment and personal reflection only
• AI-generated content is not professional psychological or medical advice
• Interpretations may not always be accurate or meaningful to you
• AI-generated images are artistic representations, not literal depictions

If you are experiencing psychological distress, please consult a qualified mental health professional rather than relying on AI dream analysis.

Dreamweaver and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

Dreamweaver is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including:

• Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated interpretations
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Suitability for any particular purpose
• Security of data transmission over the internet

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of Dreamweaver.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the App's profile settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.
