When you use Dreamweaver, we collect the following information:

• Account information: Email address, display name, and optional profile photo
• Dream recordings: Voice recordings you make, which are converted to text transcripts
• Dream content: Transcripts, AI-generated interpretations, themes, moods, and imagery
• Usage data: Dreams recorded per day, subscription status, and app preferences
• Device information: Push notification tokens and device type for notifications

Your data is used to provide and improve Dreamweaver's features:

• Process voice recordings into text using AI transcription services
• Generate dream interpretations, symbolic analysis, and emotional insights
• Create personalized dream imagery based on your dream content
• Identify patterns across your dreams for Oracle readings
• Send optional push notifications for dream reminders
• Process subscription payments through secure payment providers

To provide dream analysis and imagery, we use third-party AI services:

• OpenAI processes your voice recordings to create text transcripts
• Google Gemini analyzes dream content to generate interpretations and images

Your dream content is sent to these services for processing. We do not use your dreams to train AI models. These providers have their own privacy policies governing data handling.

We take security seriously:

• All data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest
• Authentication tokens are stored in your device's secure storage
• We use HTTPS for all data transmission
• Profile images and dream imagery are stored in secure cloud storage

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• AI service providers (OpenAI, Google) for dream processing
• RevenueCat for subscription management
• Supabase for secure data storage
• Other users only if you explicitly share dreams via Soul Threads

You have control over your data:

• Access: View all your dreams and profile information in the app
• Edit: Modify your profile and dream transcripts at any time
• Delete: Remove individual dreams or delete your entire account
• Export: Share or save your dream content

To delete your account and all associated data, go to Profile → Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Dreamweaver is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of Dreamweaver after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
